Covid was still happening. People were still not traveling.
I was able to get a flight to England.
I had very limited land access.
Only a few of the older properties were available to me.
The ground was hard and most of the land was stubble and not yet plowed.
The land that was plowed was very ruff and chunky.

I was out on a field I had detected dozens of time in the past. Some Celtic gold coins had been found here in the past.
The ground was freshly deep plowed. I had just dug a Medieval lead token. The next target had a similar sound.
I was not looking at the target ID, I just dug up the target
I dug down an pulled out a large clod of dirt from about 6 inches. I was saw something sticking out of the side of the clod.
I just broke it apart with my hand and there was a dull thud of something falling on the ground, so I looked down.
And there is was, the find of a lifetime for me.
